Before you start...
The skin area must be clean and dry.
Avoid grease, baby powder, and lotion soap, as they may leave a residue on the skin and hinder the adhesive's ability to bond.
Start applying on the small area between the anus and genitals.
The narrow "bridge" on the patch prevents feces from contaminating the urine sample and helps to place the collection bag.
For females
Step 1
Lay the baby on his back and wash every fold of skin on the genital area. Mild body soap is the first choice. Avoid using lotion soap solution as it may leave residues that may interfere with adhesion. Wash the anus. Wash and dry. Use the towel provided to clean the entire area again. Allow airing to dry.
Step 2
Remove the protective backing from the lower part of the adhesive patch. It is easier to let the upper half of the adhesive be covered until the bottom is applied to the skin. Before using the collection bag, make sure that the skin surface is dry.

Step 3
Stretch the perineum, separate the skin folds, and expose the vagina. When applying adhesive to the skin, be sure to start with the narrow skin bridge between the vagina and anus, and then apply outward from here.
Step 4
Apply the adhesive tightly to the skin to avoid wrinkles. When the bottom part is in place, remove the paper backing from the upper part of the adhesive patch. Move upward to complete the application, and fix the adhesive around the vagina.
For males
Step 1
Lay the baby on his back and wash the entire genital area. Gentle bath soap is the first choice. Avoid using lotion soap solution as it may leave residues that may interfere with adhesion. Wash the scrotum first, then the penis, and finally the anus. Wash and dry. Use the towel provided to clean the entire area again. Allow airing to dry.
Step 2
Remove the protective backing from the lower part of the adhesive patch. It is easier to let the upper half of the adhesive be covered until the bottom is applied to the skin. However, for an active boy, it may be easier to leave all the backing in place before the collection bag is installed in the genital area.
Step 3
When pressing the skin glue, be sure to start from the narrow skin bridge between the anus and the scrotum and work outward from this point. Before using the collection bag, make sure the skin is dry.
Step 4
Apply the adhesive tightly to the skin to avoid wrinkles. When the bottom part is in place, remove the paper backing from the upper part of the adhesive patch. Work upward to complete the application.
